Grace is an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) expert with a Master of Business Administration degree – Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). She has a vast experience working in corporate and international Non-Governmental Organizations. She currently works for the International Livestock Research Institute and The World Agroforestry Centre – ICRAF, both member organizations of the CGIAR system organization. Her broad experience and expertise spread through the areas of ICT service Management (ITSM), Project Management, service strategy, system audit, and business administration. As an ICT expert, Grace envisions to create robust and secure systems, and processes are automated to improve the quality of services and system efficiency.
